Fonts
All Fonts available for purchase and download via the website are the exclusive property of J Foundry. J Foundry retains all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the Fonts and their designs, including all copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property rights therein. You acknowledge and agree that your downloading, installing or use of J Foundry Fonts is governed by the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), which you agree to read and be bound by prior to downloading, installing or using the Fonts. To the extent of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and any EULA, the EULA shall prevail.
Accounts
In order to access some features of the website, you are required to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide an email address and choose a password.
